1.The box body has the following characteristics:
a. The technical requirements of this roof can effectively prevent the deterioration of meat products in outdoor areas in summer due to the temperature rise in the sunshine radiation compartment.
2.Box forming process
Front, side and top plate: each plate is composed of inner and outer cabin plate and heat insulation and flame retardant layer.The outer shell plate is made of 2mm thick glass steel plate (good strength and corrosion resistance), the heat insulation and flame retardant layer is made of extruded polystyrene plate with a density of 35 ~ 40 (kg/m3), and the outer shell plate is made of 2mm thick glass steel plate. The thickness of the roof is 100mm. The thickness of the rest is 80mm.
The inner and outer panels, the heat insulation layer and the plywood frame are bonded to each other by polyurethane structural adhesive through the vacuum platform under negative pressure to make independent plates. Meanwhile, the steel skeleton is embedded in the plate to ensure the plate strength.
Bottom plate: the bottom plate of rectangular aluminum guide rail is pasted with anticorrosive and waterproof plywood under the inner plate, and the outer plate is made of glass steel plate, and the middle is filled with a extruded polystyrene foam insulation layer. The insulation layer density of this part is 35 ~ 40 (kg/m). Embedded bottom plate is connected with reinforcing bar (integral welding frame) and square supporting wood to ensure the insulation performance and impact strength of the bottom plate.
3.Box back door process
Double back door and hardware as well as the design of the rear door frame: double back door panel frame adopts the overall frame structure, the door panel is filled with extruded polystyrene foam. Polyurethane structural adhesive is used to bond the foam with the frame and inner and outer skin. Double back door, side door hardware are all stainless steel polishing pieces; The use of plate stainless steel hinge, ensure that the double back door, side door free, flexible open; The rear door frame is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate, and the rear door column is equipped with stainless steel handle for loading and unloading.
4.Hang the meat guide
According to the customer's requirements, the box is equipped with the corresponding quantity and the sliding track of the wing type.
